Shipping

Where your order is, how we ship, and what to do if something looks off.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your package to arrive after you receive a delivery notification. For international orders, check with your local DHL office.

Domestic orders are prepared, packaged, inspected, insured, and shipped from our U.S.-based warehouse. We use USPS for deliveries across the entire U.S., including Hawaii, Alaska, and outside territories.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we're unable to change the shipping address.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll reach out after it arrives. You can then provide a corrected address and cover any applicable reshipping charges.

We don't currently offer overnight shipping. After review, we found it created high costs for customers and didn't consistently meet expectations.

For the best experience, allow 1–2 business days for fulfillment plus carrier transit time.

Yes, with some exclusions. International orders are prepared, inspected, and shipped from our U.S.-based warehouse using DHL and Passport Global.

International orders may be subject to customs, import duties, or local taxes on receipt.

All domestic orders over $100 receive complimentary standard shipping — applied automatically at checkout.

Returns & refunds

A straightforward return process, clearly explained.

Fill out the return form to begin. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and The Ruscio Institute places a maximum $750 return limit on any order.

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, and all returned items must be mailed back within 14 days of the return date.

Opened or used products can't be accepted for return. Failing to mail returned items within 14 days may result in a non-refundable transaction.

If you've signed up for a recurring product subscription, you'll need to create an account to manage it.

Once logged in, select "Manage Subscription." From there, you can skip or cancel each product subscription individually.
