Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.

All domestic orders are prepared, packaged, inspected, insured, and shipped out from our U.S. based warehouse. We use domestic transportation services provided by USPS, DHL, & Fedex to make deliveries across the entire US including Hawaii, Alaska, and outside territories.

We looked at it previously and determined that it was really expensive, driving up customer expectation, and still did not negate the fact that the warehouse can take 1-2 business days to fulfill an order. So if the person orders on a Thurs or Fri, they could pay a huge price for an order that actually starts to move on Monday. We do offer 2 day shipping.

Yes, with some exclusions. All international orders are currently prepared, packaged, inspected, and shipped from our U.S. based warehouse. We use international transportation services provided by DHL.

Please look into your country's import process and regulations to determine if there will be any customs taxes levied on the package. As a general observation, if you pay a local sales tax for goods and services, you will most likely encounter the same kind of taxation during the import process. International orders may be subject to Customs Duty charges upon receipt of the package.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The Ruscio Institute places a maximum $750 return limit on any order.
