"I started using Elemental Heal as a meal replacement after antibiotic treatment for SIBO- Methane. Now I add a little almond milk, a little frozen kiwi, a few frozen blueberries and strawberries and blend it up and I have the best shake ever! I out half in the freezer for ice cream later. Great Stomach Reset

"I bought this because when I have SIBO flares or reactions to the antibiotic for SIBO I have no desire to eat solid food. This tastes great and provides nutrients while my stomach is recovering. I do make it with almond milk, avocado, and coconut cream because my SIBO is stress related and only aggravated by sugar and refined carbs. I have only had the vanilla so far which is rich and creamy in my creation, but ordered both flavors and look forward to trying the chocolate too."

What supplements do I take after I’m done with the Elemental Heal diet?

No specific supplements are required.  But 2 helpful support strategies are below:

  • Elemental Heal as a daily meal replacement, providing your gut a daily healing window. 
  • Probiotics help maintain bacterial balance.  Lacto-Biff, S. Boulardii, Soil-Based. And Gut Rebuild Nutrients help maintain a healthy intestinal barrier.

What if I’m lactose and casein intolerant, can I use the product?

  • Elemental Heal is casein free. The amount of lactose it contains is ≤ 3% and is low enough that many people who normally don't do well with lactose are able to tolerate Elemental Heal with no problem. 

What if I’m allergic/intolerant to whey?
  • Be cautious.  Elemental Heal uses whey protein.
