"I have never been diagnosed that I have SIBO but I know I have it! It have REALLY helped my gut and it SURE helps me sleep SO much better. I sent off for a hair analysis in 2021 and it came back that I was in "the red" of not having enough. At that time I never knew much about all the different types of probiotics and really did not know anything. I have ordered Dr. RUSCIO's book that I just got in the mail today. Can't wait to read it. "Literally in 24 hours of taking it, I had relief from my chronic constipation. The issue is a work in progress but I have added Dr Ruscio's other 2 probiotics and feel overall much better.
