"I’ve been battling SIBO, haven’t wrapped my head around a long term Low Fodmap diet. I struggle with flare ups that can be really uncomfortable. Elemental Heal a has save me multiple times during those flare ups. Lets my body reset and heal. Ive only used the chocolate whey free shake. For what it does, I’m impressed with the taste. Most of these type of shakes are not palatable. No to sweet which is a plus for me. I make mine in a pint jar with a blender ball and shake till it’s mixed up. Worsened MCAS symptoms
"I purchased this at great cost to help leaky gut. It cost £45 for postage and £120 total for the product as I am from the UK. I tried it once, but had a severe histamine dump with it despite the hypoallergenic claims on the bottle. It tastes horrible (whey free chocolate). I asked for a partial refund as I cannot use this product, but it was refused. I think it would be far more helpful to have the option to purchase a tester small bottle of the product first to try and see if it suits, but there is no option for that. I now have the massive bottle which I can’t use and will have to throw away. What a waste of money. This seems like a money making venture to sell the big bottles knowing that the product won’t suit everyone and has to be thrown away. I do not recommend this product."

The dosing calculator says I should take 17 servings per day. How am I supposed to split these 17 servings throughout the day?
Elemental Heal is meant to be sipped slowly throughout the day (think of it more like an IV drip than a sit-down meal). You can mix up a few servings at a time in a large water bottle to sip over an hour or two rather than constantly making new shakes.

What is the reasoning of blending? IF I just take a couple minutes to mix it, will that suffice, or will it not be as effective?
Mixing is fine, however we have found blending with ice and water gives the shakes a better mouth feel.
Can this be served hot instead of cold ? Like a hot chocolate? Just curious.
