"I've never gotten a breath test to definitively diagnose Sibo due to the inherent hassles and unreliability of the tests, however I've got most of the symptoms. I replaced one of the three meals in my day with elemental heal and my bowel function has improved rather quickly and dramatically since I started taking it. My bloating doesn't seem to be any better yet (I think I'm taking too much fiber and will cut back). However, having more regular bowel function is huge!! Also, the chocolate flavor is fantastic especially mixed with lactose-free milk!"

Hard to return if you have issues

"This was not bad tasting at all but separates after blending and looks a little weird. Unfortunately it caused me really bad acid reflux even though I blended with ice and drank really slow over an hour time period. If you have acid reflux this is not for you or I read get the one without the whey. Which I didn’t know. Anyways I would have go one a better review but I am trying to return the unused portions since it was a lot of money and they finally sent me a return page but never sent me a return label or told me how to return it. I keep emailing but I response. I do think if I could stay on this for a few weeks it would have worked."

Helped Give My Guts a Break

"I used this elemental-inspired diet to give my guts more of a break while also treating SIBO with antibiotics. I replaced two meals every day with these shakes: both chocolate and vanilla tasted pretty good, and I would not get any uncomfortable symptoms after having a shake. Adding ice and blending it together was the best preparation in my opinion. I did notice that adding too much MCT oil powder did increase my urgency, but a sprinkle still helped to give me energy. After two weeks, I did get tired of having these shakes (like I would any food), but two weeks was enough. While I still have leftover shake mix, I think it will make a good occasional workout shake!"

Q&A

I bought this product to do a three day reset, not realizing it recommended MCT oil as well. If I do not add the MCT in, will I not get the same healing effects?
MCT is optional. It's not included in the original formula to allow people to customize the dose. The whey free and low carb already contain MCT in the formula.
interested in the Elemental Heal for a 3 week gut repair, so does this replace my daily meal? And if i only drink the elemental heal 3 cups per day without eating anything will that be ok? or i'll nee to drink more throughout the day? is this how it works? im 165cm and 52kg in weight. age 26. TIA

What is the shelf life of this product?
it's guaranteed for 2 years from the manufacturing date printed on the container.
One ingredient list includes stevia and one does not but it’s unclear which is which in the photos. I do not like the taste of stevia. Is there one without?
Our Elemental Heal Vanilla is stevia-free. The rest contain stevia.
Are there any shakes that don’t contain milk products? I have a dairy intolerance . Thank you!
