"For Methane SIBO , this works great, but ONLY in combination with Oil Of Oregano. (2 Atrantil, 1 Oil of Oregano with each meal). Each alone will only give minor relief of symptoms. Together, they can eradicate SIBO in 10-12 weeks. After that, it works very well on its own for maintenance (at 2 per day) and should discontinue Oil of Oregan."

- I want to try the Elemental but not sure which one to try. I have high levels of Methane and ordered the Atrantil but willing to try anything at this point to find a way to feel better. My gastro doctor said he doesn't know what to do anymore for me. He had prescribed an antibiotic that was going to cost me $950 for 2 weeks and it might not work. So then what another $950.
