Elemental and semi-elemental diets are liquid diets that work quickly to improve IBD (ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s), IBS, SIBO, and inflammatory conditions. In fact, elemental diets are proven to work where other approaches have failed.
“I am SIBO negative... Lost 18 pounds... Once bothersome GI issues are now nonexistent. I am even back running and teaching dance. Excellent product!”

Elemental diets are one of the most effective therapies I’ve used in the clinic.
Numerous clinical trials have demonstrated that a semi-elemental diet (containing whey) is equally effective to a fully elemental diet.
If you have already improved your diet and used probiotics but still have symptoms, an elemental diet should be considered.
Elemental diets are so effective because they act through multiple mechanisms: starving bacterial and fungal overgrowths, reducing exposure to dietary irritants, providing a chance for your intestinal tract to rest and repair*.

"I’ve been battling SIBO, haven’t wrapped my head around a long term Low Fodmap diet. I struggle with flare ups that can be really uncomfortable. Elemental Heal a has save me multiple times during those flare ups. Lets my body reset and heal. Ive only used the chocolate whey free shake. For what it does, I’m impressed with the taste. Most of these type of shakes are not palatable. No to sweet which is a plus for me. I make mine in a pint jar with a blender ball and shake till it’s mixed up. I use a full pint of water and it’s easy to drink. Thankful to have an option when I’m feeling like I can’t eat anything. Keeps me going and I feel good on it."

"Was worried this would have a metalic taste, but it was actually very good. Disolves very easily in water and didn't clump. Actually made me feel surprisingly full even though I was only drinking this for my elemental diet."

"I purchased this at great cost to help leaky gut. It cost £45 for postage and £120 total for the product as I am from the UK. I tried it once, but had a severe histamine dump with it despite the hypoallergenic claims on the bottle. It tastes horrible (whey free chocolate). I asked for a partial refund as I cannot use this product, but it was refused. I think it would be far more helpful to have the option to purchase a tester small bottle of the product first to try and see if it suits, but there is no option for that. I now have the massive bottle which I can’t use and will have to throw away. What a waste of money. This seems like a money making venture to sell the big bottles knowing that the product won’t suit everyone and has to be thrown away. I do not recommend this product."

"I am using chocolate as a meal replacement while I work on healing my leaky gut. It has a really good dark chocolate flavor. I like that it doesn't have any bad ingredients in it."

No specific supplements are required. But 2 helpful support strategies are below:
Protein is a very large nutrient that’s made up of smaller substances called amino acids. Your body needs 20 different amino acids to grow and function properly. Though all 20 of these are important for your health, only nine amino acids are classified as essential (1) and are the ones you can only get through diet. They are:
Instead of the whey protein isolate included in the Original and Low Carb formulas, Elemental Heal Whey Free contains 250 mg of each of these essential amino acids per serving, which meets the US recommended daily allowances for these nine essential amino acids (2).
